Shipping Policy

For all our physical and handmade products, we offer our domestic customers standard shipping options through the Royal Mail, either tracked or untracked. Currently we only ship physical and handmade order to our international customers in the United States of America. They have various shipping options, tracked or untracked. We will let you know when we can ship to other countries, so keep an eye on our blog or homepage for news.

The shipping cost varies depending on the location and the weight of the package. We ensure that all our packages are securely packed and delivered to you in a timely manner.

We do not ship our digital products. They can be downloaded once your payment has been processed. To always have access to your digital products, it is recommended to create an account with us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us directly at within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, reasons of dissatisfaction, and if applicable any photos of damages or tears. If we do not hear from you after 24 hours, we will assume that you are satisfied.

You can return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, at our discretion.

We ask that you pay for the postage costs and the item must be unused, unsealed and in its original packaging. Once we have received your order, we will process your refund.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any digital books or custom commission orders.
